1. Types of Personal Information We Collect

Personal Information is information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact an individual. It may also include other forms of information that may be associated with Personal Information. Personal Information is used to personalize your experience, improve our website, improve our customer service, help business owners using Redeemr operate their business better, process rewards as well as periodically contact you via email. The following is a list of types of Personal Information we collect:

• Contact Information that allows us to interact and communicate with you, such as your name, email addresses, and user account names on other social media websites.

• Character Information that helps us to understand who you are so that we may improve on our product. This includes location information related to your zip code, demographic information (e.g., birthdate, age, gender); information about persons whom you have referred to businesses using Redeemr as part of Referral Rewards or who have referred you to businesses.

• Transaction Information about how you use and interact with Redeemr, such as the businesses you view using our search for stores function; businesses you shop at as well as the purchase amount; other information about how you use our Sites, email, other communications, and applications.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We require only your full name, email and zip code when you register or create an account from our site or via a in-store location at any businesses using Redeemr. We collect Transaction Information when you use our site. For example, we track the purchases you’ve made using your RedeemrID at any of the businesses using Redeemr so that we can credit you towards any qualifying and available rewards. We may also collect Transaction Information if you contact us through any outlets including, but not limited to, telephone, email, text, postal mail and social media interaction. We may receive additional Personal Information from third parties and businesses using Redeemr. We use this Personal Information to improve your user experience.

3. How We Use Personal Information

How Redeemr uses Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, the following points:

• Personalize your experience;
• Encourage business owners to send birthday gifts and rewards to users on their birthdays;
• Facilitate the loyalty platform to track qualifying purchases;
• Track earning, unlocking and redemption of qualifying rewards and perform other analytics;
• Provide customer support, including to our business customers;
• Send you occasional Redeemail to provide personalized rewards and offers from businesses you have shopped at using Redeemr;
• Communicate with you regarding any product and service related news with Redeemr;

4. When and Why We Disclose Personal Information

We will never disclose your Personal Information to third parties except to:

• Our service providers that provide services for us such as sending emails on our behalf and processing payments.
• Businesses using Redeemr, but only to the extent of the basic profile information (e.g., Name, Birthdate, RedeemrID, Zip Code). Businesses will only be able to see more Personal Information if and only if they have entered additional Personal Information. Businesses cannot share Personal Information with other businesses using Redeemr they have collected and inputted for themselves.
• Effect a merger, acquisition, or otherwise; to support the sale or transfer of business assets; to enforce our rights or protect our property; to protect the rights, property or safety of others, investigate a fraud, respond to a government request; or as needed to support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions.

We may also disclose information about you in a way that is not personally identifiable. For example, we may provide our merchants or others with reports that contain aggregated and statistical data about our users.

5. Referring Business Owners to Redeemr (Promotions)

Redeemr allows business owners to refer friends to Redeemr. Through whatever the corresponding promotion is that the time, you may be eligible to receive rewards in the form of monthly credits (used to comp part or all of a month’s subscription charge to use Redeemr). If you wish to refer friends to Redeemr, we provide you with a unique referral link, which is only allowed to be shared to your friends by you. via email, social media websites, or other communications methods. You may not be eligible for rewards on successful referrals if the link was shared by other persons than yourself.

6. Children

Our website and other related products and services are directed to people who are at least 13 years or older. If we are directly made aware of a person who is younger than 13 years old who is using Redeemr, we will do the best we can in order to promptly deactivate and destroy the account.
